Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DigiXL Academy (operated by WebQ Media Private Limited), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital skills training and a transparent enrolment experience. This policy explains the terms under which course cancellations and refunds are processed.

By enrolling in any DigiXL Academy program and completing payment through Razorpay or any other payment gateway, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Enrolment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive an enrolment confirmation via email along with onboarding details, course access information, and your batch start date. Please review your enrolment details carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

2. Cancellation by the Student

Students may request cancellation of their enrolment under the following conditions:

Within 7 days of payment, before the batch start date: A full refund will be issued, less any payment gateway charges and applicable administrative fees (up to 5% of the total fee).

Within 7 days of payment, after the batch has started: A partial refund of 50% of the total fee may be issued, provided the student has attended fewer than three sessions and has not accessed the internship phase.

After 7 days from payment, or after attending three or more sessions: No refund will be issued. However, in exceptional cases (medical emergencies, relocation, or documented hardship), the student may apply for a one-time batch transfer to a future cohort, subject to approval.

To request cancellation, email info@digixlacademy.com with your full name, registered phone number, payment reference ID, and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation by DigiXL Academy

In rare circumstances, DigiXL Academy may cancel or postpone a batch due to insufficient enrolments, force majeure events, or operational reasons. In such cases, students will be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund of the fee paid, processed within 7–10 working days
  • Transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost
  • Credit of the fee paid toward another DigiXL Academy program of equivalent value

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration and counselling fees
  • Certification fees paid to third-party accrediting bodies (KHDA, AGI, Medhavi Skills University)
  • Payment gateway transaction charges
  • Materials, software licences, or assessment fees already issued to the student

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds for payments made via Razorpay will be returned to the source bank account, card, or wallet used at the time of purchase. DigiXL Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks or financial institutions beyond this period.

6. Internship Stipend Clause

The 3-month internship at WebQ Media is part of the program structure and may include a stipend at the discretion of WebQ Media based on performance evaluation. Stipend eligibility is not a guarantee, is not refundable, and is governed by a separate internship agreement signed at the start of the internship.

7. Disputes

For any dispute regarding cancellation or refund, students are encouraged to first contact our support team at info@digixlacademy.com or +91 79070 51040. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
