Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

DigiXL Academy is an education service provider, and we do not ship physical products as part of our standard course offerings. This policy outlines how our services and any associated materials are delivered to enrolled students.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All DigiXL Academy programs are delivered through a hybrid model combining online learning and offline workshops:

Online Course Access: Upon successful payment, students receive login credentials and onboarding details via email within 24 to 48 working hours. Live classes, recorded sessions, learning materials, and assignments are delivered through our learning portal.

Offline Workshops: Monthly offline workshops are held at our Kochi location. Workshop schedules, venue details, and attendance instructions are shared via email and SMS at least 7 days in advance.

Internship Component: The mandatory 3-month internship at WebQ Media begins after the structured learning phase. Internship onboarding details, including reporting location and supervisor, are provided one week before the internship start date.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Course access credentials: within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation
  • Welcome kit (if applicable): within 5–7 working days
  • Certifications: issued within 30 to 45 working days after successful course completion and assessment
  • Internship offer letter: within 7 working days of program eligibility confirmation

3. Physical Materials (If Applicable)

In cases where DigiXL Academy ships physical items such as welcome kits, branded merchandise, printed certificates, or workshop materials:

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within India only. International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis at the student’s cost.

Shipping Charges: Standard shipping within India is included for enrolled students. Expedited shipping is available on request at additional cost.

Delivery Timeline: 5 to 10 working days within Kerala; 7 to 14 working days for other states in India, depending on courier availability and remote pin codes.

Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once the shipment is dispatched.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your course access, materials, or certificate within the stated timeline, please contact us at info@digixlacademy.com with your enrolment details. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 3 to 5 working days.

For physical shipments that arrive damaged or incomplete, students must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement.

5. Address Accuracy

Students are responsible for providing accurate contact details, email addresses, and shipping addresses (where applicable) at the time of enrolment. DigiXL Academy is not liable for service delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the student.

6. Force Majeure

Service delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, or courier disruptions. In such cases, we will communicate revised timelines as promptly as possible.

3. Course Transfer & Exchange Policy

Course Transfer & Exchange Policy

DigiXL Academy understands that circumstances change. While our programs are not goods that can be “exchanged” in the traditional sense, we offer flexibility through batch transfers and course swaps under defined conditions.

1. Batch Transfer

A student may request to transfer their enrolment to a future batch of the same program under the following conditions:

  • The request is made in writing at least 7 days before the current batch start date, or within the first 14 days of the batch (whichever is earlier)
  • The student has not completed more than 25% of the program
  • The transfer is to a batch commencing within 6 months of the original start date

A one-time batch transfer fee of ₹2,000 (or 5% of the total course fee, whichever is lower) may apply. Subsequent transfer requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.

2. Course Swap

Students may request to switch from one DigiXL Academy program to another (for example, from Digital Marketing to UI/UX Design) under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within the first 7 days of the original batch start date
  • Fewer than three sessions have been attended in the original program
  • A seat is available in the destination program
  • Any difference in fees between the two programs will be payable by the student before the swap is processed

A swap fee of ₹2,500 may apply, and credentials, materials, and progress from the original program will be reset.

3. Non-Transferable Items

The following cannot be transferred or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Course enrolments transferred from one student to another (enrolments are non-transferable between individuals)
  • Certifications already issued
  • Internship placements already commenced
  • Third-party accreditation fees already paid

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or documented hardship, DigiXL Academy may extend the standard transfer window or waive transfer fees at its discretion. Supporting documentation will be required, and decisions will be communicated in writing within 7 working days of the request.

5. How to Request a Transfer or Swap

Email info@digixlacademy.com with the subject line “Batch Transfer Request” or “Course Swap Request” and include:

  • Full name and registered phone number
  • Original enrolment details and payment reference ID
  • Reason for the request
  • Preferred new batch or program
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 3 to 5 working days with a decision and next steps.
